Pylon has not shipped yet. Today this site collects an email address so we can tell you when it does. This page explains what happens to that information, and what else we record while you are here.
Your email address, if you choose to give it to us through the waitlist form. Nothing on this site asks for your name, phone number, address, or payment details, and there is nowhere to enter them.
Basic usage data when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, the browser and device you used, and the site or ad that referred you.
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each receives only what it needs.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
The Meta and TikTok pixels set cookies to recognise returning visitors and attribute signups to the ad that produced them. You can block these with your browser's cookie settings or a tracking blocker. Doing so will not stop the waitlist form from working.
We keep your email address until Pylon launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Google Calendar. With your permission, Pylon uses the calendar.events scope only to read, create, and update events you ask for. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.
Notifications and messages. Notifications and messages relayed from your iPhone through the Pylon card are processed to triage them and draft replies. Message bodies are masked in our observability tooling.
Voice. Voice audio is not stored by default.
Pylon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell personal data. Google user data is not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. You can request deletion of your data by emailing admin@heypylon.ai. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to processing and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To make any of these requests, email admin@heypylon.ai and we will action it.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will remove it.
If we start doing something materially different with your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
